We take credit card security very seriously – we have been PCI Compliant since August of 2010. PCI Compliance means that we adhere to the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS). Our PCI Compliance is verified by Trustwave.

I know that this isn’t the most exciting news you have seen here, but we worked very hard to become compliant and wanted to boast a little bit.

Zookeepers in Erie, PA have discovered something that all bunny-lovers have known for years: rabbits make great companions.

An aging gorilla at the zoo needed a friend, but she waas too old and fragile to be paired up with another gorilla. Very quickly, Samantha (the gorilla) and Panda became fast friends.

Thanks to Paul’s sister for sharing this!

As you have no doubt noticed by now, we have a new mailing address. For those of you who are not familiar with Northern California geography, we used to be located just south of San Francisco. Our mailing address was in San Bruno and our warehouse was located in Burlingame. We loved the area, but longed for warmer weather and a slower pace. Paul worked at a high-tech company in Silicon Valley and we were always immersed in the fast paced, high tech community. When the opportunity to move to Sonoma County presented itself, we leapt at the chance.

Since Murphy still had to get involved, we moved in the midst of the Christmas season. Somehow, everything worked out and we are now settled in to our new warehouse facility and are getting to know the area. Petaluma is in southern Sonoma County and is home to several wineries, great restaurants, fun shops and a more laid-back lifestyle.

Happy bunnies are back! We hope this seasonal film featuring clips sent in by the public of their happy bunnies will lift your spirits.

As you know, giving your rabbits lots of attention, toys, objects to play with and a suitable rabbit companion for company is good for their physical and emotional well being… and can be great fun for owners too! On Nov. 7, 116 rabbits were rescued by The Rabbit Haven – these rabbits were living in an awful situation and were in poor health. All of them received medical care and have been stabilized; volunteers are still needed and 67 of the rabbits need to find homes by Dec. 17.

Spread the word!
